Fluid Fill Solutions
Dominion Technologies Group has extensive experience with Fluid Fill Systems. We have developed a broad range of equipment to meet your desired application and production capacity. Our systems are designed with the ability to isolate and easily test for leaks within the different components of the equipment. This decreases downtime and ensures the equipment is running at maximum efficiency, ultimately improving your cycle time. Vacuum and pressure sensors are located in the mini-console (medium and high production versions) ensuring optimum machine and fluid system performance. Mini-consoles can be installed onto existing superstructures or can be paired with Dominion’s Tracking System equipment.
Our PLC’s have user friendly interfaces and can allow you to program multiple vehicle styles into equipment. All operations of the equipment are fully automatic except for the attachment and removal of the fill adaptor by the operator.
